The staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety, which meant so much to me. the ironing facilities were exceptional - my parents' clothes were perfectly pressed and ready for any occasion. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a lovely touch, as my parents enjoy a hot beverage before bed. We even had the pleasure of dining at Chapter One, the British Queen Restaurant, and Shepherd Neame, all conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention to detail shown by the hotel staff. From the impeccable ironing facilities to the cozy heating and well-stocked kitchen amenities, our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.
